Founded in 2023, QuirkWerk, LLC. is led by Jon Beebe; an award-winning, global marketing leader; passionate about connecting with customers in fresh and innovative ways to drive bottom-line growth.

With more than 20 years’ experience leading teams, from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies, Beebe has developed and executed global marketing strategies that have earned accolades for inventive, engaging and memorable campaigns.

Most recently, Beebe led marketing at Epsilon. There, he launched its refreshed global branding, as well as the Epsilon PeopleCloud suite of products. Beebe served as the company’s chief storyteller, helping its clients identify strategic, yet practical ways data, technology and personalization can deliver high-impact customer experiences that drive revenue.

Prior to joining Epsilon, Beebe was the founder and executive champion of the Performance-Driven Marketing (PDM) and Integrated Data & Analytics (ID&A) organizations at General Motors. There, he spearheaded GM’s strategic approach to omni-channel, data-driven marketing, including enhancing its core dealer CRM program by introducing machine learning and artificial intelligence to optimize 110 million highly-personalized customer communications, annually.

Beebe also led digital and social strategies at GM, including the multi-award-winning Chevy Gametime App for Super Bowl XLVI.

Before GM, Beebe was a digital marketing manager at Ford Motor Company, where his team’s innovative approach to digital and social media was recognized with multiple industry awards, including AdAge’s Marketer of the Year.

Beebe has more than 35 years of online communications experience, and often guest lectures at universities, including Harvard Business School, University of Michigan, Michigan State and Central Michigan University.
